Arrival and departure
Check-In: from 3 p.m. onwards
We ask for a notification if you arrive after 08:00 p.m. Arrivals are only possible until 11 p.m.
CHECK-OUT: until 10:00 a.m. (free luggage storage as well as use of the departure shower).
In case of late arrival or early departure, the room rate will be charged in full.

Pets are not allowed in our house.

Parking space
One parking space per apartment is included in the price. For each additional car a fee of € 20,00 per night/ per parking space will be charged).
Reservation conditions
By the room order of the guest (offer), as well as by the following verbal or written promise (acceptance) of the accommodation provider to provide the desired Zmütliche Hotelbar (open until 22:00 clock)always, an accommodation contract is concluded. This accommodation contract obligates not only the innkeeper to provide the room, but also the guest to keep his promise to take the room. If the guest cancels the accommodation contract unilaterally due to “personal reasons”, the guest must still pay the agreed fee or pay the damages for non-fulfillment. The reservation is guaranteed by a deposit in the amount of 40% of the total amount of the overnight stay, as well as a written confirmation on the part of the accommodation provider about the receipt of this payment.
