Information on current measurements, restrictions & guidelines.

The health and safety of our guests and employees are of utmost importance. In order for you to enjoy your stay we’re taking numerous actions in order to provide as much safety as possible.

New COVID-19 regulation

You can find an overview of the new measures based on the current COVID-19 regulation here.

In order to be able to accommodate you, we ask you to present the following at check-in:


a negative test result
a vaccination certificate
(complete immunisation – proof valid from the first day of the second vaccination)
or a medical certificate of convalescence
(not older than six months – antibody certificate not older than three months)


3-G rule applies in the following areas for persons 12 years and older:
– catering
– Hotels and accommodation
– Leisure facilities (e.g. dance schools, zoos)
– Cultural establishments (with the exception of museums, libraries and archives)
– sports facilities
– Meetings (from a number of participants of more than 100 persons)
– Trade and public fairs, congresses


  • In order to facilitate check-in, we request a PRE-CHECK-IN. You can give us your details before your arrival. You will find the link in your reservation confirmation.

There is the possibility to test yourself with an antigen self-test. The test has to be done under our supervision and is free of charge.

How does the test work?
The test procedure is a simple and self-performed nasal swab. The result of the antigen self-test is available after a short time. The test result is uploaded by us via a personal online access and you will then receive a confirmation SMS or email. This is valid for 48 hours as authorisation for admission.

Wearing an FFP2 mask is mandatory in the following places:

    • food retail outlets including sales outlets of food producers as well as petrol stations with attached sales outlets of food,
    • pharmacy
    • banks
    • post office
    • public transport
    • doctors and health care facilities


“It is compulsory for unvaccinated persons who have not recovered to wear an FFP2 mask in all retail outlets, day care facilities for the elderly and disabled, and cultural institutions (museums, libraries, theatres, cinemas, etc.)”

  • There are plenty of disinfectant dispensers. We thus ask you to please disinfect your hands before entering the hotel.
  • All surfaces and points of contact are cleaned multiple times a day. Needless to say, disincentive agents are used in all areas.
  • Handrails, door knobs, elevator buttons and metal surfaces are disinfected regularly.
  • Wherever possible, doors will be kept open as to reduce points of contact.
  • Key cards will be disinfected before handing them out.
  • Keyboards of card terminals will be disinfected before each use.
  • Our laundry is being washed with strict hygiene regulations.
  • Our hardworking cleaning staff are trained and working with high-quality and disinfecting cleaning agents.
  • We are thoroughly airing our rooms before your arrival.

  • Breakfast is from 7:30 until 10:00.
  • Extra hygiene measures are necessary when self-serving foods – by using the provided single-use gloves or single-use cutlery, or by disinfecting your hands immediately before using the buffet.
  • Hygiene in our kitchen has always been important for us, but we’ve reinforced our measures greatly.
  • Of course, all of the spa area will be cleaned and disinfected with high-quality and disinfecting cleaning agents regularly.
  • We have adjusted our cancellation conditions for the coming summer 2021:
    • until 7 days before arrival: free cancellation
    • 7 to 0 days before arrival: 90% of the booked travel price
    • early departure or no show will be charged with 90%.
  • In case of travel bans on entry or exit, bookings can be cancelled at any time free of charge.
  • In general we ask you to arrive healthy.
  • Due to the current situation, we recommend taking out a travel cancellation insurance.

New! Though still existing pandemic status the European Travel Insurance covers in case of Corona illness.

  • Thoroughly washing our hands and regularly disinfecting our hands are a matter of course for us.
  • We are aware of measurements and regulations about Covid-19. We are taking this illness very seriously.
